A Wrinkle in Time Review Spoiler Free

The latest Disney blockbuster Staring a giant anime Oprah, someone else must have been high on some hard stuff while making this
A Wrinkle in time a film by directorAva Duvernay is a highly anticipated Film from Disney with high expectations and it kinda didn't live up to the hype.

Visuals

For someone like myself, this movie should be everything a stoner wants. A beautifully stunning movie, but it is far from that. The worlds they go to are bland as they come with no development and just seems like no one lives there. The villain is another CGI cloud of black smoke similar to the fantastic for movies that look cheap and the green screen is noticeable in some instances that sometimes look like a movie you’d see on Syfy.

Cast and characters

The characters just like the rest of the movie were bland and seemed like they didn’t give to shits about the film. No character is really likable, they all come across as that guy who uses hardcore drugs and swears they are the next Einstein. The little boy in the film, oh that kid, is probably one of the most annoying characters I’ve seen since jar jar, and no offense to the kid playing him. This movie is filled with characters that you will not even remember, which is a shame because a lot of them are very talented. (not gonna lie I was rolling at the giant Goku style Oprah).

Story

This movie makes no sense and not because I was high(Trust me this movie blew that early on) but because it was all over the place. Nothing made sense and nothing was really ever explained. The film has no direction and failed to keep me interested. I was so ready for the film to be over with and I could get out of there.

Overall

A lot of people were hoping this movie would be a groundbreaking film because of the strong female lead and cast,  but I’m sorry I cannot recommend anyone paying good money to go see this crap. I give this movie 1 joint out of 5 simple because some scenes looked okay and I can see that Ava wanted to be ambitious with this and try something new, but we just wound up getting another Jupiter ascending.  I would recommend you wait for Netflix to get this so you won’t waste your money and certainly don’t waste your weed on this.

So have you seen this crap feast hopefully not? If so tell us what you think and be sure to stay tuned by following us on twitter at @stonereviewz and also like us on facebook Stoner Reviewz as we bring the least of new from a higher perspective.
